Our grounding flat sheets are 90% organic cotton with 10% solid silver strands heathered into the cotton fibers.

Directions:
- Place the Grounding Sheets over your mattress, like any other sheet set.
- Plug one end of the Straight Cord into the ground port (third hole) of the wall outlet.
- Snap the other end onto the Grounding Sheets.
- Enjoy!
Bare skin contact is best with the sheets but one thin layer of clothing between you and the sheets is acceptable.
Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread so we do not recommend use with our products.

It is good to wash your Earthing Products. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing in warm water strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

- Wash in a washing machine in warm water
- Tumble dry gentle - low heat
- Iron using low heat if needed
